Execute Execute a program with a command script and some error trapping
Argument list: <command> <script> <statusout> <reportout> <args>
This is a cut-down version of the Execute in execute.tcl which is used to run program in the ccp4i run script. This version runs programs from within the ccp4i graphical interface.
Execute returns a true (1) if the program completes successfully, or a false (0) otherwise.
command The command line to run the program
script The script input to the the program - should be null string if there is no script input.
statusout Output the termination status from the program
reportout Output the termination standardout output from the program #d_opt0 -success success_flag
The 'successful' termination status from the program. Default is 0 as appropriate from most CCP4 programs.
-log logfile Set the name of the file for the log output. If this is not set then Execute will not handle log file output.
